I was chatting with a pal earlier and she recommended fajitas. I’d never made them before, so I naturally had to give them a shot. Here’s what I used and what I did, which’ll yield between three and four fajita rolls, depending on how you divvy up the portions:

What’s for dinner?

Peanut butter garlic mashed potatoes!

Stuff that will wind up in your stomach: 

  • Perhaps seven potatoes. I just use Russett potatoes because they’re cheap.
  • A half cup of peanut butter.
  • A quarter cup of milk.
  • A tablespoon of garlic powder (I like a strong garlic taste).
